Refunds will only be given upon receipt of the defective item. Returned items lost in the mail are not the responsibility of OurStore.
Customers returning an item that is not defective are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Return Eligibility
Defective products and unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that batteries, earbuds, and headphones cannot be returned or exchanged.Return Shipping
If a product is defective, OurStore will provide instructions for printing a prepaid return shipping label. Defective goods are only eligible for free return shipping within Alberta.Refunds will only be given upon receipt of the defective item. Return Instructions
Returns can be completed by mail or in-person (at no additional cost) at our Calgary office.If you need to return a defective product to us, please ensure the following:
- Contact us at sales@ourstore.ca with your name, phone number, order number, and a reason for the return. A team member will be in touch with you to discuss your return and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Products returned to OurStore without a RAN will not be accepted.
- All components, manuals, and accessories must be included and returned in their original packaging
- Clear the device of any customer-specific information or data. OurStore is not responsible for data left on returned products
- Secure the returned item in a box with the appropriate packing material to avoid damage occurring during shipping. Please do not stick the shipping label directly to the item. Refunds will not be given for items in which the original packing has been damaged.
- Email sales@ourstore.ca to confirm that you have shipped the item.
- Please follow all instructions provided in the email that is sent to you from sales@ourstore.ca
