1. How much will I have to pay for shipping?
We ship products via Canada Post’s regular parcel service and charge a flat shipping fee of $15.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Products are shipped via Canada Post’s regular parcel service which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Our fulfillment team works Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm so orders placed on a weekend or after hours will be processed and shipped the next business day.
3. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once a shipping label has been created by our fulfillment team, you will receive an automated email from Canada Post that contains a tracking number.
4. Do you offer curb-side pickup?
Yes. If you are located in Calgary, you are eligible for curb-side pickup. OurStore is located in Inglewood at 200, 1316 - 9 AVE SE, Calgary, Alberta, T2G 0T3. Curb-side pickup hours are Monday-Friday between 9 am and 4:30 pm. Once you receive an email from OurStore stating that your order has been completed, simply pull up to the front of our building and call (403) 244-7299 EXT 104.
5. What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Our full return policy can be found here.
6. How long will it take to receive a refund for my returned product?
Only defective products and unopened products can be returned to OurStore for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received by OurStore. It could take up to 5-10 business days to see the funds returned to your credit card, depending on the bank.
7. Do you provide technical support for the products sold in OurStore?
No. If you require technical assistance with any of the products, please contact the manufacturer’s technical support directly.
